Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (21% Belgian VAT included). Shipping costs are included in the displayed price (free delivery).
4. Order
Any confirmed order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.
5. Payment
Secure payments via Shopify Payments (credit card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Stripe and PayPal. SSL 256-bit, PCI DSS Level 1.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times:

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European and Belgian law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. Omorian extends this period to 30 days for commercial purposes. Contact us at support@omorian.com.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided by the Belgian Economic Law Code.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, you can use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The applicable law is Belgian law.
