How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then shipped. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days in Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy). For North America and Australia, allow 10 to 25 days. You will receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment.

Is delivery tracked?

Yes, all our shipments are tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email, which can be used on the carrier's website.

Is shipping free?

Yes, free shipping worldwide — shipping costs are included in the price of each product. No additional cost at checkout.

To which countries do you ship?

Omorian is a Belgian store based in Brussels. We ship throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, and most countries worldwide (237 destinations).

What if I haven't received my order?

If your order exceeds 30 business days without delivery, contact us at support@omorian.com with your order number. We will immediately open an investigation and issue a full refund if necessary.

Can I return a product?

You have 30 days after receipt to return your product in its original condition (beyond the 14-day legal EU withdrawal period). See our return policy.
