What if my package is delayed?
If your order exceeds 30 business days without being delivered, contact us at support@omorian.com with your order number: we will immediately initiate a carrier investigation or full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your delivery address before confirming. Any order returned due to an incorrect address cannot be reshipped free of charge.
