📦 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Belgian law, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

💰 Extended commercial policy (30 days)

We go beyond the legal obligation: we accept returns for 30 days after receipt, unconditionally, to offer you a serene shopping experience.

📋 How to return an item?

  1. Contact us at support@omorian.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions
  3. Return the item in its original packaging, complete and in good condition
  4. Upon receipt, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days

📞 Return conditions

  • Defective or damaged item: full refund or free reshipment, at your choice
  • Shipping error on our part: return at our expense + refund or exchange
  • Change of mind: return at your expense, product refund
  • Order not received after 30 business days: carrier investigation + full refund if loss confirmed

🚫 Non-returnable items

  • Items used or damaged by the customer
  • Opened intimate hygiene items
  • Personalized or custom-made items

💳 Refund methods

Refunds are made to the original payment method (card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Bancontact) within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return.
